[The Soul Care Summit event is now past and unavailable online]
In our time on this earth, we are both body and soul.
We are bombarded with advice on how to take care care of our bodies (though many of us do it quite poorly), but the nourishment and care for our souls is not such a mainstream topic. It should be.
I have certainly been through times of feeling weary and overwhelmed, even during the pandemic’s “Great Pause.” Most of us have been guilty, at times, of neglecting simple practices that contribute to our mental, spiritual, and physical health (and they’re all connected!). The world is never going to slow down, so we need to care for our soul so it sets the pace for our life instead of allowing ourselves to be tossed by the world’s whims. This requires an intentional effort—a making of sacred space.
I’m delighted to share a resource with you that will offer easy, actionable practices to effect lasting change for your soul-care practices—changes for the better.
I was honored to be invited by my friend Taryn Nergaard to be a speaker at her upcoming virtual Soul Care Summit from May 24-28 (I’ll be on Day 3). She and I talk about handwritten, heartspoken notes and how they nourish our own souls as well as those of our recipients. But there are at least 15 other wonderful speakers and topics, and I hope you’ll register HERE (it’s free for limited-time access!) and learn new ways to nourish your own soul.
Each day’s session will be available for free ticket holders from midnight to midnight on that date. If you don’t have time to listen to all the speakers when they’re scheduled, you can purchase The Soul Care Summit All-Access Pass at the early-bird price of $27 until May 23. It gives you unlimited, on-demand access to all the soul care topics, plus you’ll get a BONUS Activation Guide and coaching tool to help you take action on one practice every month. (Value: $27!) Won’t you join me? I hope you’ll enjoy my interview with Taryn.
