Take a Laughter Vacation

August 25, 2010 by Elizabeth H. Cottrell

Sometimes I take myself too seriously. I’m trying to remind myself to take breaks during the day and remember:

2) If I am what I think, I need to think thoughts of gratitude and joy.

3) Laughter is the best medicine.

So here’s a 3-minute video to help: funny quotations, delightfully illustrated.

And if you’ve got another five minutes more, let Tim Conway and Carol Burnett make you laugh until your face hurts!

Do you find laughter to be therapeutic? What do you do to make sure you get enough humor in your life?
