Air travel freaks me out…I’m still gonna get on a plane next June. The owl, the dragonfly, mites on my body (ew), shark skin…OMG! This video is amazing.
I’m so glad you liked it as much as I did, Karen. It blew me away.
I’m sorry you’re not a fan of air travel. Since my father was a pilot in WWII, we flew with him from time to time while growing up, and unlike most people, I always felt safer in a small plane than a big one. Yesterday, we returned from London in a monster two-decker plan (British Airways). I was visualizing giant angels under each wing, lifting it into the air. :-).
I opened my front door this morning to cool crisp fall air and a ‘stick’ stuck to the front porch post. Upon closer examination, I discovered it’s a stick insect (Phasmatodea). What fascinating creatures, hidden right in front of our eyes. (I’d attach my photo, but I don’t know how.) :-0

What fun! I just love discovering things like this, Pam. And good for you for going to the extra trouble to look up the proper name!
