Today I want to shine a spotlight on a book from Hallmark that came out 20 years ago, but it’s still an outstanding and easy-to-use guide for writing both personal and professional notes: On a Personal Note: A Guide to Writing Notes with Style by Angela Ensminger and Keely Chace. The section on Business Notes was impressively clear and helpful.
