It’s Friday
It’s also 60 degrees and sunny outside, and I’m feeling downright giddy (and silly)!
This short post to end Connect with Nature week here at Heartspoken simply shares the link to a wonderful piece called An Ode to the Titmouse by my friend and Connection Messenger April Moore. Posted last week on her Earth Connection website, it shares some fascinating information about one of my favorite visitors to the bird feeder here in Virginia.
What’s your favorite bird?

My mom had birdfeeders and a birdbath. I was most fascinated by the yellow finches – they could eat hanging upside down. I love to watch birds taking their baths. So fun!

Oh, yes, I love the goldfinches too! They are like a spot of sunshine at the feeder, aren’t they? Even in their graceful, swooping flight, they give pleasure! Thanks for reminding us of these precious birds, Karen.
